What to Expect in Your Session at New View

Hypnosis is a relaxed and focused state of mind, similar to daydreaming. You will be in complete control and aware of your surroundings. During hypnosis, you will access your subconscious brain to create positive changes in your life. All hypnosis is self-hypnosis, meaning that you must want to change in order for it to work. The hypnotherapist is a guide who taps into the changes that you want, and brings them to the forefront of your subconscious brain, so that you can make changes and stick to them easily. Typical sessions are one hour but may last longer or shorter.
